Faceted Oval - 6mm x 4mm.  .57 Carats.  The is a gorgeous yellow sapphire.  Ceylon Sapphires are still one of the most sought after sapphires.  What makes this even prettier is that the yellow is more concentrated around the edges.  Cut, color and clarity are stunning.  Color will vary based on lighting.  Sizes are approximate.  Please accept my apologies for any fingerprints on the gemstones in the photos.
